Servings: 10-12 1 cup portions
Directions:
1) In a large soup pot, brown 500g mince and 1 chopped onion.
2) Add 8 cups water and packet contents.
3) Add 1 can diced tomatoes, then simmer covered for 2-3 hrs.
Optional: add 1-2 cups frozen kernel corn.
4) Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with sour cream, tortilla chips and grated cheese.
Slow Cooker instructions:
Brown mince and onion, add all ingredients and cook on high for 8 hrs.
