Servings: 10-12 1 cup portions
Directions:
1) In a large soup pot, brown 500g beef mince or diced beef with 1 chopped onion and 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce (optional).
2) Add package contents, 9 cups water, 2 cans (800g) diced tomatoes, 2 chopped carrots and 2 chopped celery sticks (optional); boil for 5 mins, then simmer covered for approx 2 hrs, Season with salt and pepper.
