About Our Dry Soup Mixes

Lolli’s Dry Soup Mixes are award-winning handcrafted blends of dried vegetables, legumes, grains, herbs, spices, and our signature chicken-style vegan stock powder.

Each mix is carefully measured so you can create a wholesome, flavour-packed soup at home with minimal effort. Simply add water (and occasionally a pantry staple), fresh vegetables or protein if desired, cook through, and enjoy.

Yes — we are proudly Australian owned and operated.

Our products are manufactured in Brendale, North Brisbane, Queensland, in our Moreton Bay City Council licensed and custom-designed facility.

We are also proud to support local families by providing flexible employment opportunities within our community.

Our priority is always to source ingredients from Australian primary producers whenever possible.

Many of our beans, lentils, grains, sugar, and salt — along with some spices — are sourced from Australian growers and producers.

Ingredients that are not available in bulk within Australia are sourced through trusted importers who maintain HACCP and international ISO certifications, ensuring the highest quality and food safety standards.

To do this:

Mix well to evenly distribute the ingredients.
Use half the mix and store the remaining half in an airtight container.
Follow the recipe instructions using half the quantities.

Tip: Keep the packet label handy for your second batch!

Preparation

Each mix includes simple cooking instructions on the packet.

Most recipes involve:

• Adding water
• Adding optional pantry ingredients, fresh vegetables, or proteins
• Simmering until the soup is cooked and flavours develop

Some recipes may suggest dairy products. Each soup is unique, so please refer to the specific instructions for that mix.

Most packets make approximately 10–12 hearty cups of soup, depending on the recipe.

Yes — our mixes work well in both slow cookers and pressure cookers.

You may need to adjust the water levels slightly depending on your appliance.

Please note:
The Tex Mex mix should not be cooked in a slow cooker due to the need for consistent high temperatures. Raw kidney beans must be thoroughly cooked at 100°C.

Shipping & Tracking Information

To ensure your order is protected during transport, we send our parcels to Australia Post in large secured cage pallets.

Because of this process, individual parcels are not always scanned immediately when they leave our warehouse. Australia Post typically scans each parcel after the pallet arrives at their processing facility, which can sometimes be the next business day or up to a couple of days later.

This means your tracking number may show “pending” or no updates initially, but rest assured your order is already on its way.

Once Australia Post processes the pallet and scans your parcel, your tracking updates will appear normally.

If you ever have concerns about your order, please feel free to contact us — we’re always happy to help.
